M&M (Mind & Mood) Masters [13-18]

This small, interactive skills training group is designed for children ages 13-18, with no more than 5 participants per session. Over 90-minute sessions, youth will engage in fun, hands-on activities that help them develop key life skills, including emotional awareness, self-regulation, problem-solving, and effective communication. Each group provides a safe, supportive environment where children can practice new skills, build confidence, and learn strategies to navigate everyday challenges while strengthening the connection between their mind and mood.
